About Me

I am a General Practitioner working in the Canberra suburb of Barton, ACT.

I have extensive experience in all aspects of General Practice. I have a particular interest in chronic disease management and am committed to helping others prioritise their well-being through proactive and preventive care

Since 2020, I have been studying and working with plant based therapies for the treatment of chronic conditions and that is now a large part of my practice.

Outside of clinical practice, I am a husband, son, father and grandfather and I enjoy all aspects of my very busy family life. 

I love living in Canberra amidst the many parks, lakes and other outdoor facilities that the Bush Capital offers as well as the many national institutions and other tourist destinations that we are so lucky to have at our doorstep.

I am also an avid downhill and occasional cross country skier as well as being a keen sailor of anything that floats and has a sail.
